Knicks continue to struggle as they drop another game at home


Madison Square Garden, New York City, November 20 – New York Knicks’ woes continue as they have lost 6 games in a row now and have a record of 4-14 and it seems that they are in tank mode in order to have the chance to draft Zion Williamson.

The game started well offensively for both sides as they kept hitting shot after shot and the result after 12 minutes was Trailblazers 33 – Knicks 35. The 2nd quarter of the game was very balanced as they scored 25 points each. On the 3rd quarter, Trailblazers managed to get the upper hand as they outscored the hosts 31 to 25 to have a 4-point lead at the end of the period.

On the final period of the game, Portland managed to keep things under control and didn’t allow the Knicks to have the lead throughout the quarter. They played good basketball and managed to win the game 118 to 114 as they improve 12-5 now.

CJ McCollum had 31 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists while he was tremendously helped by the 29 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists of Dame Lillard. It’s worth mentioning that Jusuf Nurkic had a double-double of 13 points and 11 rebounds. For the Knicks, Tim Hardaway Jr. had 32 points, while also adding 5 rebounds and 4 assists.

Portland will be visiting the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday, while on the same day Knicks will be visiting Boston Celtics.
